April 8, To Mr. Jeff Stelter

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for making a thought, idea, a dream into a reality. A little over a year ago Russ and I had to make a decision on our housing situation. Our old house, which served us well was in need of major repairs that would be costly and the layout would not still not be optimal. We have lived in this location for over 40 years and know the area well. We decided after much thought and prayer to  stay here and rebuild. Thank you for taking on this project. Your guidance, expertise and knowledge made our dream into a reality. It is obvious you know your craft, and have great work crews.

We have had many people stop by when we are out in the yard telling us how much they like our house, and how beautiful our home is. Family and friends who have stopped by comment the most on the floors- the decorative concrete gets raves, next our arches and the rounded edge of the walls. It is wonderful to have a kitchen that we can actually work out of and still have room. I love having a garage I can park in. Other than some frustration about the timeliness of bills, You did an excellent job

We are very happy with our home. I am enjoying the opportunity to get the yard and flower beds arranged and started. Russ ‘ music group Behan practices in the music room on Saturday am. I love my home and house. Wanted to thank you for a job well done!
